You're crazy busy. You’ve got a life and a million things to do. It’s easy to put your fitness and nutrition goals on the back burner.

“I’ll start again when things settle down, then I’ll be ALL IN without any distractions.”

Sound familiar?

Every year, “improving health and fitness” is among the top New Year’s resolutions. The gyms get packed… for the first 6 weeks of the year (statistically, most fitness resolutions drop off within 6 weeks).

But, consider this…

There are still 6 WEEKS left in the year. That’s a decent chunk of time. Enough to do some damage.

It’s also enough time to make a lot of progress

If you start now, the habit of working out consistently will already be ingrained into your daily routine by January 1.

Not to mention, that exercise is a great way to manage stress, improve your sleep, and help you make healthier choices with your nutrition – all things that can suffer during the busy holiday season.

Stop Waiting

“Yes, but in January, the craziness of the holidays will be over and my life will slow down a little so that I can finally focus on myself.”

Maybe. But here's the thing…

When you say that, you subconsciously tell yourself you’re not a priority. So what happens when January comes and some other thing pops up that steals your time?

Now is a good time. Things may never slow down. There may never be a perfect time.

Stop waiting. Start before you’re ready. Small actions done consistently over time create big change.

Consistency beats perfection every time.

Show Up In Strong & Confident In January

By starting NOW with a regular exercise routine (even a modified one), come January you’ll feel less stressed, less anxious, more confident, and less fatigued. So many people hit the new year feeling guilty, disgusted, and remorseful. Not you. Not this year.

There is nothing magical about January 1st. No magical switch will flip in your brain and suddenly make you a person who works out every day and eats healthy with no effort.

Finish the year STRONG

Why not finish the year strong? Take control of the holiday season, instead of it controlling you. You have nearly 6 weeks to show it who’s boss.

By starting NOW, you’ll be so much further ahead. You’ll have a healthy habit in place, and, feel strong and confident heading into the new year.

You don't need an hour. I personally never workout more than 40 minutes. Short, efficient, and effective workouts get the job done. In fact, they are even better for midlife women.
