We jump right into 13 basic moves in this short total body circuit workout, so make sure you warm up first. Want a longer workout? Repeat it for 2 rounds. Perfect for busy days or travel.
Cardio-Strength Intervals 2 (17m)
We're mixing bodyweight strength exercises with cardio intervals. Two sets of 4 moves, twice through in 40/20 intervals. Warm-up and cool-down are on your own.
