FITNESS LEVEL: Beginner to Advanced. All levels are welcome. Modifications and expert cueing are given in every workout.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: A set or two of dumbbells.

Hey there, I’m Rita! I'm a personal trainer and nutrition coach.
