Hi, I'm Rita!

I'm the founder of Living Bolder, a menopause fitness specialist, and former fitness studio owner. In the past four decades, I've trained hundreds of midlife women.

My personal fitness journey has been riddled with over-exercising, extreme dieting, body image issues and, over time... a return to balance. I understand the unique challenges of midlife women. Trying to change your body after 40 or so *IS* is harder,  but it's also 100% possible and I can show you how!  

I'll show you how to get strong, lose fat (if that's a goal), boost your energy and confidence, and stay consistent so you can feel and look your best at any age.  

My private clients often tell me: "I want to lose fat and feel better, but I have a hard time being consistent. I really need support and accountability."

I will teach you how to get in the best shape of your life, at home with short, effective workouts that you actually enjoy doing. As a VIP private client, I'll also work with you to create your customized action plan - one that fits your goals, preferences, and your lifestyle.
