Midlife Made BOLDER!

4-Week Bolder STRONGĀ® Strength Training program designed especially for the needs of midlife women. Each week contains a carefully planned mix of Strength, Cardio Intervals and Mobility workouts. Midlife women also require more recovery. Join me for this 4-week version of my signature Bolder STRONG 12-week program.

  • 4-Weeks of Full length workouts you do along with me.                               
  • 4 or 5 days a week, only 20-35 minutes a day.
